Plain-English Summary: We collect personal information from you (the subscriber) and, on your behalf, information you provide about your wife or partner (the gift recipient). We use this information exclusively to curate and deliver your subscription gifts. We never sell personal data. We never contact the gift recipient directly. We never reveal the existence of this service to anyone you haven't told.

1. Who We Are

Husband Cheat Code is operated by Yalla Roji LLC, a Florida limited liability company. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Yalla Roji LLC and the Husband Cheat Code service. When it says "you," it means you — the person who subscribes and pays for the service.

We are the data controller for the personal information we collect. Questions about this policy can be directed to husbandcheatcode@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us about yourself (the subscriber)

• Identity: Your first name
• Contact: Your email address and mobile phone number
• Payment: Billing information processed and stored by Shopify Payments and its payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Account activity: Subscription history, plan changes, pause requests, and cancellations

Information you give us about the gift recipient

As part of setting up your subscription, you voluntarily provide us with information about your wife or partner in order to personalize her gifts. This information is provided by you on her behalf, as you are the party entering into an agreement with us. This information may include:

• Her first name, birthday, and your wedding anniversary date, plus any other dates you add
• Her delivery address (your shared home address) and, if you add one, an alternate delivery address
• Her style, color, scent and jewelry preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies (including pollen), and interests
• Personal observations you share about her, and the words and phrases you use with her (so notes sound like you)
• How you want notes to be signed, and whether you want to review notes before they go out
• Whether she is a mother, and any sensitive life context you choose to tell us (for example a pregnancy, a new baby, a loss, or a health situation) so that we never send the wrong gift at the wrong time
• Photos you choose to upload for the year-end memory book and for personalizing gifts

Sensitive information. Some of the above (allergies, pregnancy, health or family circumstances) is sensitive. We only collect it when you choose to give it to us, we use it for one purpose only — choosing and timing gifts appropriately — and we never share it with suppliers beyond what a specific delivery requires (for example, "no lilies" for a flower order).

This information is used exclusively to curate gifts, write personalized notes, and deliver your subscription. It is never used for any other purpose and is never shared with any party other than those directly required to fulfill your subscription.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, and device type when you visit our website or submit a form (also used to limit abuse of our forms)
• Pages viewed and basic usage of our website and checkout
• Whether emails we send you were opened or clicked (via our email provider)
• Cookies and similar storage set by our website and checkout (see Section 8)

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: To curate, personalize, and ship your subscription gifts
• Gift personalization: To write notes and select gifts that reflect what you've told us about your partner
• Billing and payments: To process your subscription charges on the schedule you've selected
• Delivery coordination: To schedule flower and gift deliveries around key dates
• Customer service: To respond to questions, handle issues, and honor our guarantee
• Communication: To send delivery notifications and subscription updates to you (never to the gift recipient)
• Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests

We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not build profiles for third-party marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only with the service providers necessary to operate Husband Cheat Code. All service providers are required to use your data only for the purposes we specify.

Shopify Inc. and Appstle — Shopify processes payments and stores order and subscription data; Appstle manages the recurring billing of your subscription inside Shopify. Shopify's privacy policy applies to checkout and payment data: shopify.com/legal/privacy. We never see your full card number.

Supabase (via Lovable Cloud) — Hosts the secure functions that receive your forms and the private storage where your uploaded photos are kept. Photos are stored privately and are only accessible through time-limited links generated for you.

Airtable — Stores and manages subscriber profile data (gift preferences, delivery dates, personal observations, delivery schedule) in our private workspace.

Klaviyo — Sends our emails to you. Klaviyo receives your email address, first name, plan and subscription status, and a private access code used in the links we email you. Klaviyo does not receive the gift recipient's details.

Resend — Delivers internal notifications to our team when you submit a form or when a delivery needs attention. These notifications may contain the information you submitted.

Zapier — Moves data between the services above (for example, from a form to Airtable and Klaviyo). Zapier processes data in transit and does not use it for any other purpose.

Google (Places) — When you type a delivery address, the text you type is sent to Google's address autocomplete service to suggest a complete address. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.

AI writing assistance — We use an AI model provider to draft the notes that accompany gifts, based on what you have told us about her and how you write. The information sent is limited to what the note needs. Our provider is contractually barred from using this data to train its models.

Flower and gift suppliers — We share the gift recipient's first name, delivery address, the gift message, and only the preference details a specific order needs (for example, an allergy to avoid) solely to fulfill that delivery.

Shipping carriers — Your delivery address is shared with shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) for the sole purpose of delivering your gifts.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with advertising networks, data brokers, or any party not listed above.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Husband Cheat Code, our subscribers, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your subscriber profile, delivery history and uploaded photos for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation we keep them for up to 12 months, so you can resume without re-entering everything and so we can honor our guarantee on your last deliveries; after that, they are deleted from our active systems. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations (typically 7 years), but these records contain only transaction metadata, not gift preferences, photos or personal observations.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing husbandcheatcode@gmail.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

• Right to know: Request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you
• Right to access: Receive a copy of your personal data
• Right to correct: Request that we correct inaccurate data
• Right to delete: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to certain legal exceptions)
• Right to opt out: Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell data, but you may still submit this request)
• Right to non-discrimination: We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, email husbandcheatcode@gmail.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days. California residents may also submit requests via the contact form on our website.

7. Children's Privacy

The Husband Cheat Code service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at husbandcheatcode@gmail.com.

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and browser storage for core functionality only: keeping your place in a form you have started, remembering your plan selection, and completing checkout (which runs on Shopify and uses Shopify's strictly necessary and analytics cookies). You can control cookies through your browser preferences; disabling them may affect site functionality.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels for third-party ad targeting.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, access controls for our internal systems, and secure third-party service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the service following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
