Our delivery guarantee — above and beyond this policy
If any delivery ever falls short — flowers that aren't right, a gift that misses, a note that doesn't land, anything at all — we fix it immediately at no cost to you. No forms. No arguing. No back-and-forth. One message to hello@husbandcheatcode.com and we handle it. This guarantee exists independently of and in addition to everything below.
How subscription billing works
Husband Cheat Code is a recurring subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize Yalla Roji LLC to charge your payment method on a monthly basis (or annually, if you selected an annual plan) until you cancel. Charges are processed at the start of each billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has begun and your subscription has renewed, that charge is non-refundable — except in the circumstances described below.
When we issue refunds
- Failed delivery with no resolution: If a delivery fails to arrive and we are unable to reship or replace it within 5 business days, you are entitled to a full refund for that delivery month.
- Significant quality failure: If a gift or flower delivery arrives in a condition clearly below the standard described on our website and we cannot remedy it, you are entitled to a refund. You have 14 days from the delivery date to report the issue.
- Duplicate charge: If your payment method is charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded within 5 business days.
- Charge after confirmed cancellation: If you cancelled at least 14 days before your renewal date and were charged after your cancellation was confirmed, that charge will be fully refunded.
- Annual plan cancellation: If you cancel an annual plan, you are entitled to a prorated refund for any complete months remaining in your prepaid period that have not yet had a delivery prepared or shipped.
When we do not issue refunds
- Change of mind: We do not offer refunds because you changed your mind after a billing cycle has processed.
- Partial month use: If you cancel mid-cycle, the remaining days are not refunded. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Late reporting: Issues reported more than 14 days after the delivery date will be reviewed case by case but are not automatically eligible for a refund.
- Inaccurate profile information: If a gift doesn't match her taste because the information provided was inaccurate or incomplete, this does not qualify for a refund — though we will update her profile immediately and improve all future deliveries.
- Carrier delays outside our control: Delays caused by carrier issues or weather do not automatically qualify for refunds. We will always work to find the best resolution including reshipping when possible.
Most issues never reach a refund. Our delivery guarantee means that if anything goes wrong, we fix it first. Email us at hello@husbandcheatcode.com before requesting a refund — we will resolve it faster than any refund process could.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or issued as account credit — whichever you prefer. Processing time for payment method refunds is 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Account credits are applied immediately.
How to request a refund
Email hello@husbandcheatcode.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: your name and account email, the delivery month or billing date in question, and a brief description of what went wrong. We respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges — it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. To cancel, visit our cancellation page at /pages/cancel or email us at least 14 days before your next renewal date.
