Where we ship

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. This keeps fresh flower quality and delivery timing consistent across all subscribers.

Delivery timing

Your gift calendar is built around the dates you provided during setup — her birthday, your anniversary, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and key seasonal moments. Most deliveries ship 2–4 days before the target date to account for transit time.

First delivery: within 5–7 business days of completing your subscriber profile.

Subsequent deliveries: planned in advance around your gift calendar. You'll receive a heads-up notification before each delivery ships.

Fresh flower deliveries

Flowers are shipped via expedited carriers to maintain freshness. Delivery windows are typically 1–2 business days after shipment. We schedule flower deliveries with enough lead time to account for transit, so they arrive at peak freshness.

If you indicated during setup that nobody is typically home during the day, we choose gift types that hold up better to doorstep delivery — or notify you ahead of time so you can arrange to be available.

Stealth packaging

Every package is shipped with complete discretion. There is no mention of Husband Cheat Code anywhere — not on the box, not on any label, not on the packing slip, not inside. The packaging itself will vary depending on the gift type and delivery partner used, but regardless of what it looks like on the outside, she will never see our name. The sender will appear as a neutral name or your name, depending on the carrier and gift. The magic stays intact.

Notes and cards inside the package are presented as coming directly from you — styled as personal stationery, not a service document.

Delivery issues

If a delivery is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed by the carrier, contact us at hello@husbandcheatcode.com within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost under our guarantee.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address provided during setup. If your address changes, update it promptly via the Update Her Profile page.

Billing descriptor

Your subscription charge will appear on your bank or credit card statement under a neutral descriptor that does not reference Husband Cheat Code. If you have questions about how this will appear, contact us before subscribing.
