Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to Husband Cheat Code. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

Husband Cheat Code is a personalized gift subscription service operated by Yalla Roji LLC. Upon subscribing, we curate and deliver personalized gifts to your wife or partner on your behalf, based on the preferences you provide during onboarding. All deliveries are made in neutral, unbranded packaging so that the gift appears to come directly from you.

The service is available to residents of the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer three subscription plans:

• Essentials Plan: $59.00 per month — 7 curated gifts per year
• Signature Plan: $97.00 per month — 12 curated gifts per year
• Legend Plan: $249.00 per month — 12 premium curated gifts per year

Annual and 6-month prepaid plans are available at a discount. Prepaid plan pricing is displayed at checkout. By selecting a prepaid plan, you agree to pay the full prepaid amount at the time of purchase.

3. Automatic Renewal — Please Read Carefully

By subscribing, you expressly authorize Yalla Roji LLC to charge your payment method for the subscription amount on a recurring basis. This authorization continues until you cancel your subscription in accordance with these terms.

We will notify you by email before any price increase takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the price change takes effect without penalty.

4. Billing and Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and its payment processing partners. By subscribing, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Your payment method will be charged on your billing date each cycle.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3–5 days. We will notify you by email if a payment fails. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled and deliveries suspended until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for any charges that were not successfully collected.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription and refer the matter to our payment processor. We encourage you to contact us first at hello@husbandcheatcode.com — we want to make things right.

5. Cancellation Policy

How to cancel: You may cancel by:

• Submitting the online cancellation form at husbandcheatcode.com/pages/cancel
• Emailing cancel@husbandcheatcode.com with "Cancel My Subscription" in the subject line

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. After cancellation, no further charges will be made. You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation by email. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us.

Pause option (Signature and Legend plans only): If you need a temporary break, subscribers on the Signature and Legend plans may pause their subscription for 1–2 months per year. To pause, contact us at least 10 days before your next billing date. During a pause, no gifts are shipped and no charges are made. Your profile and personalization data are retained. Pause is not available on the Essentials plan.

6. Refund Policy

Because our gifts are personalized, perishable, or both, we do not offer cash refunds on delivered items. However, we stand behind every delivery with our guarantee (see Section 7).

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for future billing cycles following the effective cancellation date. Charges for the current period in which you cancel are not refunded, as service for that period has already been provided or is in preparation.

Prepaid plans (6-month or annual): If you cancel a prepaid plan, you are entitled to a prorated refund for any complete months remaining in your prepaid period that have not yet been fulfilled, less any applicable processing fees. Months in which a delivery has been prepared or shipped are not eligible for refund.

7. Our Guarantee

If any delivery — at any point during your subscription — does not meet your expectations, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at hello@husbandcheatcode.com within 14 days of delivery. No forms, no back-and-forth. We make it right.

Our guarantee covers gift quality, note accuracy, and delivery issues. It does not cover situations where incorrect information was provided during onboarding or where delivery was refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

8. Your Profile and Personalization Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding. We rely on this information to curate appropriate gifts. Providing inaccurate information (e.g., incorrect address, incorrect allergies) may result in deliveries that miss the mark or cause harm, for which we cannot be held responsible. You may update your profile information at any time by contacting us at hello@husbandcheatcode.com.

Photos you upload are used exclusively for creating your year-end memory book and personalizing gifts and notes. Photos are never shared publicly or used for any other purpose.

9. Delivery

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. Delivery dates are scheduled around the dates you provide (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) and are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not grounds for refunds but may be eligible for replacement under our guarantee.

All packages are shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging with no indication of the service. The gift recipient's name will appear on the shipping label as the recipient, and your name may appear as the sender depending on the carrier.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Husband Cheat Code to send gifts to any person who has not consented to receive them, to harass, intimidate, or harm any person, in violation of any applicable law, or to provide false information that could cause incorrect or harmful deliveries.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Husband Cheat Code website, including copy, design, logos, and images, is the property of Yalla Roji LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yalla Roji LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Husband Cheat Code service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather events, supplier shortages, or force majeure events.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel before they take effect.
